Return & Refund Policy – Divans Naturals

At Divans Naturals, we are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and authentic food products. Due to the nature of food items, returns are governed by strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with applicable Indian laws and FSSAI regulations. Replacement orders will be delivered within 10 business days.

1. Return Eligibility (5-Day Window)

Customers may request a return within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged, leaked, tampered, or defective

• Product delivered is incorrect or different from the order placed

• Product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery

Requests raised after 5 days from the date of delivery shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Non-Returnable Products

In line with FSSAI regulations, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened, used, or partially consumed food products

• Products with broken or damaged seals not reported within the return window

• Returns due to taste preference, personal choice, or change of mind

• Damage caused due to improper storage or handling after delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return request, customers must:

• Contact Divans Naturals customer support within 5 days of delivery

• Provide order ID, reason for return, and clear photographic or video evidence

• Ensure the product remains unused, unopened, and in original packaging, wherever applicable

Divans Naturals reserves the right to verify and inspect the returned product before approval.

4. Refunds & Replacements

• Upon verification and approval, a replacement or refund will be issued at the sole discretion of Divans Naturals

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days

• Shipping, handling, or convenience charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled

• Cancellation requests prior to dispatch may be accepted at our discretion

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with purchases from Divans Naturals shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.

7. Legal Compliance

This policy is framed in accordance with:

• Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations

• Consumer Protection Act, 2019

• Applicable e-commerce rules and guidelines in India
